• Original Passport (valid for 6 months)

• Residency visa copy
• Emirates ID copy (Valid for 6 Months from applying date/3 Months from return date)
• 2 x Passport size Photo (size 3.5 x 4.5)
• Stamped Bank statement with sufficient balance (6 months for Netherland & Hungary/3 months for any other countries)
• NOC letter stamped and Signed (for big organizations, salary certificate will be enough and acceptable)
• Previous Visa Copies of Schengen, UK, USA etc. (if applicable)
• Trade licenses for business visa or a business owner
• Hotel Reservations
• Flight ticket
• Travel insurance (min coverage of 30,000 Euros).

Important Notes :

• For Spain & Portugal, client shall book the appointment himself as on-screen face recognition required.
• We can apply for visas prior 4 to 6 months before travelling date.
• Recommended to enter same country applied for, then can change it even during same day to get its stamp on passport and avoid unneeded investigation.
• Visa Validity Decided by consular/visa officer, starting from hotel booking date (may expect min 1 month and up to 6 months)
• Visa Type – Stamping
• Processing time approx. 15 days (Netherland & Denmark 1 month & Germany 3 weeks).
• Client must pay the visa fees himself during the appointment for Norway, Denmark, Finland: Visa fees to be paid online
