Important Information
- Valid ID (passport or official ID) required upon entry.
- Pass is single-day, single-user, excluding retail, arcade games, and F&B.
- Each attraction is accessible once per pass (no repeat rides).
- A non-refundable Digital Gate Card fee of AED 5 applies.
- Regular height and weight restrictions apply. Adults must be at least 120 cm tall; children below 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
- Unaccompanied minors may be denied entry for safety reasons.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10–30 minutes prior to your booking slot.
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Sunday to Thursday - 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned within 7 working days.
