Children below 3 years of age will be considered infants and can join free of charge.
Children between 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.
Guests above 10 years will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

The pick-up/drop-off timing on transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

No change in the timing during Ramadan. Guests can buy their lunch in Dubai Mall but it will be consumed in the vehicle only. Drinking/eating/chewing gum in public is not allowed during Ramadan.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time will incur a 100% charge.
If a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed and returned within 7 working days.
