- Kindly note that the lunch break stopover will be at Marina Mall (Guests are requested to bear the cost of lunch on their own)
- Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Marina, Al Barsha, Sheikh Zayed Road).
- For private transfers, pickups from areas outside central Dubai can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
- Please follow the required dress code when visiting cultural attractions such as Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. (Shoulders and knees must be covered; modest attire is mandatory.)
- Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
- Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is closed to tourists on Fridays.
- For shared transfers on Fridays, pickup timings will be between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM (instead of the usual 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Sharing Transfers: Pick-up begins from 09:30 AM.
- Private Transfers: Recommended pick-up time is around 09:30 AM.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour departure will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure will be subject to 100% charges.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
