• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled session.

• Dress appropriately for the weather.

• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.

• Participants must be at least 14 years old or 110 cm in height, and accompanied by an adult if under 14.

• Maximum weight limit: 150 kg per person.

• Open-toed shoes or footwear without secure fastening are not allowed.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited during the experience.

• Once the platform is lifted, it will not be lowered for any personal requests (e.g., changing clothes or shoes).

• A total of 22 guests can be accommodated per session.
