- Please bring your phone and/or camera fully charged, as the museum experience is centered around taking creative photos.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, and staff are available to assist you.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or an appointed guardian.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
- Once you exit the museum, re-entry is not permitted.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch your arms and legs easily.
- Children under 3 years are considered infants and enter free of charge.
- Children aged 3 to 11 years are charged the child rate.
- Individuals aged 12 years and above are considered adults and charged the adult rate.
Daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last admission at 7:00 PM.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour departure will incur no charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure will be charged 100%.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned within 7 working days.
