1. Cancellation Processing
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will review your booking and calculate the eligible balance. This will include any applicable cancellation fees or other necessary deductions based on the terms of your booking.
2. Balance & Notification
After deductions, any remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Voucher for future use with Outmazed Tourism. You will receive an official email notification confirming the voucher details.
Please note: We do not process cash refunds under this policy.
3. Credit Voucher Usage
The Credit Voucher can be redeemed for any future booking with Outmazed Tourism. It must be used in full for the specified amount; partial redemptions are not allowed.
To redeem your voucher, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will assist with your new booking.
4. Expiry & Validity
Credit Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
The exact expiration date will be mentioned in the email notification.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Important Note : No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations made within 25 days of the scheduled travel date.
